Outrage over child abuse cases

Two recent child abuse cases, which saw the one child being tortured and beaten for 6 hours and eventually succumbing to her horrific injuries has left many outraged. According to children's rights advocacy group, RAPCAN more needs to be done to put a stop to child abuse. We chat now to the executive director at RAPCAN, Christina Nomdo.....
