Brics Summit could fund Eskom?

Eskom will approach the Brazil, Russia, India, China, SA (Brics) new development bank, once fully operational, to borrow money to fund the construction of its power stations. Eskom acting CE Brian Molefe made this clear from the sidelines of the Brics Summit today when he said that due to them not receiving an increase, they have looked to other avenues for funding.
