Malema off the hook for fraud and corruption trial, for now

Yesterday EFF Commander in Chief, Julius Malema's fraud and corruption trial was postponed to today. Today, the case got struck off the court roll following the fact that he had waited too long for the trial to begin. He had pleaded with EFF supporters not to attend his trial but today, he had thanked them for their loyal support and even tweeted a note of thanks to his grandmother. Smart politician?
