JASA lodge judgement against Western Cape Department of Social Development

This morning I am going to be chatting to John Smyth, the CEO for the Justice Alliance of South Africa JASA about the judgement lodged against the Western Cape Department of Social Development. JASA has expressed disapproval against the Department’s decision to close down four youth care centres and place these children in the care system with those awaiting trial.
