City advises of annual electricity tariff migration

Before the break I spoke to Imraahn Mukkadam from the National Consumer Forum voicing disapproval at the high cost of electricity and the staggered increases, which he says is crippling consumers. We now have Councillor Ernest Sonnenberg, Mayoral Committee Member for Utility Services at the City of Cape Town to chat about this complaint and the electricity tariff migration which kicked in this month.
