Today the Constitutional Court turned down an application by NPO, My Vote Counts, who says parties should disclose their funders. ‘My Vote Counts’ wanted Parliament to enact specific legislation on this issue, but the majority judgment found that it should have challenged the Promotion of Access to Information Act in a High Court.
