When a baby is dumped the chances of survival and being found are slim unless the child has the ability to cry or has been left in a public place. The recent discovery of a baby boy n the Helderberg area has triggered the alarm of the Choices Crisis Pregnancy Counselling Centre after the child was placed into the centre's Baby Saver designed to save children's lives and address the issue of child abandonment.
