Chatting to Nathan Adrianse, from the Department of Human Settlements in the Western Cape about the recent launch of the rental housing tribunal. When parties enter into rental agreements it might be tricky when tenants or landlords are not knowledgeable about their rights and responsibilities. It can also be problematic and costly when there are rental issues. In a bid to solve problems between the two parties the Western Cape Department of Human Settlements has established a rental housing tribunal offering free rental advice and dispute resolution services.
