Earlier this week members in Parliament confronted Riah Phiyega questioning the quality of SA police performance. As we know for months the DA and other organisations have called for Phiyega to be axed for her perceived involved in the Marikana massacre. Yesterday Phiyega’s career took a turn for the worst when President Jacob Zuma announced her immediate suspension as National Commissioner of the South African Police Service
