As you may now the #FeesMustFall protest have dominated headlines across the country and all eyes on SA globally. In the Western Cape the recent protest outside Parliament earlier this week has now spiralled into a legal battle between students and police. Yesterday students gather at the Cape High Court to applying for a court order interdict against the South African Police Service (SAPS). The Western Cape Government has now also sprung into action and has referred the matter to the Provincial Police Ombudsman for investigation.
