As you may know we have covered the recent #FeesMustFall protest extensively in our news and programmes . With the 0% increase to 2016 fees granted following the list of student’s demands some see this as a victory and others not. To a small group of students in the Western Cape the challenge is ongoing after they were arrested and subsequently released and face charges including illegal gathering, public violence and trespassing on a National Key Point. To help us understand this issue, is the attorney representing these students, Ashraf Mohamed.
