
City propose changes to Maiden Cove development and sale of land

As you may know a few months ago, the popular areas of Camps Bay and Clifton had sparked some debate after the City of Cape Town proposed plans for commercial development had been opposed by residents and the public. Earlier this week, The Maiden’s Cove area had once again attracted attention after Executive Mayor Patricia De lille announce proposed changes to the design vision and plans to proceed with the tendering and sale of the land.
