Traders up in arms over restrictions: Somerset West Festival Under the Lights

Now usually during the festive season, Capetonian always look forward to the Somerset West Festival Under the Lights – it’s been a long standing tradition in the province. But now I believe traders are up in arms over certain restrictions which may be implemented by the city of Cape Town. A meeting was called at Darul Islam Hall last night to discuss the way forward.
