Former Model C schools more expensive than University

People who have chosen to send their children to Ex-Model C schools might have to fork out a lot more money to make up the school fees for 2016. According to a recent survey conducted by City Press, many universities charge their first-year students far less when compared to some of the country’s most sought-after state schools. For example; if your child is attending the Rondebosch High School for Boys school you can expect to pay an extra R3100, if you living in KZN and your child is attending Durban High School for Girls you can expect an increase of more than R2000 for the year 2016.
