National Consumer Commission to Timeshare Matters

As you may know the National Consumer Commission (NCC) is currently investigating timeshare companies after receiving numerous complaints from consumers. The hearing was set to be heard before the National Consumer Tribunal (NCT) but the NCC identified a few technical defects in the case and withdrew the case earlier this month.
