Home Affairs recently clarified claims about Yasiin Bey (rap name Mos Def) being arrested in Cape Town last week for allegedly traveling with a fraudulent passport. According to official reports the World Passport he produced, is not recognised by South Africa. Immigration officers also discovered that his spouse and minor child visas had expired in April 2014, and were therefore in the country illegally.
