Child Negligence And Safety

This has been a sad week for South Africa as in 2 separate incidents 7 children lost their lives. In a case in the Northern Cape 5 children died after being trapped in an abandoned freezer in their yard and in KZN 4 children were found unconscious in a locked car. 2 children were found dead and the other 2 were taken to hospital in a serious condition. This raises a concern because perhaps these incidents could have been avoided if there were adult supervision.
