Exclusive agreements in the procurement of school Uniforms.

We know that January is an extremely stressful for parents as they deal with the exorbitant costs of basic school requirements – and of course school uniform often running into thousands of rands. Now in the past, the Competition Commission has received many complaints from parents about the exclusive agreements between schools and school uniform suppliers – which means parents are basically forced to buy from one particular outlet at high prices.
