Cosatu visits Avondale primary in Atlantis

Now last week we reported on the shutdown of Avondale primary in Atlantis in light of the fact that the school is in a terrible state and not conducive to learning. Now Cosatu Western Cape leader Tony Ehrenreich visited the school yesterday and has written an open letter to Helen Zille asking for an urgent solution. I know that Education MEC Debbie Shafer who will be on the show later, cannot comment until they have a full report on the state of the school.
