The Western Cape Education department has launched an investigation into the Illegal operations of independent schools, which might face criminal charges if they are found guilty of teaching pupils and not registered with the department. VOC producer Quanita Kamaar spoke to Minister Debbie Schafer, Western Cape Minister of Education and filed this report.
