Crime remains a serious concern for residence living on the Cape Flats. Hanover Park is one of many communities plagued by gang related crime and rely on engagement with government, organisations and religious institutions help foster safer communities. Minister Dan Plato recently joined the ‘Hanover Park Ministers Fraternal’ in a safety outreach initiative this weekend and joins us online to give us an update on the outreach project.
