Sitting in Cape Town traffic requires a world of patience, it might even make you feel agitated or think up ways to avoid backed up traffic on the roads. Yesterday we received reports about a four car pile-up on Jakes Gerwel Drive in Mitchells Plain claiming the life traffic officer and the driver who alleged caused the accident had fled the scene. So what measures are currently in place to address the accidents on the road and what can you do to avoid these incidences.
