South Road Family Association: Myciti building process of the project

As you may know there has been a delay in the MyCiTi bus project in the South Road area due to a legal dispute with the South Road Family Association which they subsequently won at the Cape High Court. Even though the association had been successful with the court case, the matter has still not been fully resolved because the City will be now be appealing the matter at the Supreme High Court and the municipality has recently been given the thumbs up from the Mayor commitee to start the building process of the project.
