Drug and Alcohol abuse is a major concern in South Africa with children often having to bear the consequences. Yesterday the Western Cape Department of Social Development (DSD) revealed findings of a 3 year study into the prevalence of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) in the West Coast region.
