The South African Revenue Service (Sars) will analyse the so-called Panama Papers that show evidence of highly organised tax avoidance and secret money flows across the world into offshore accounts of controversial South Africans. It said Sars is a signatory to international conventions relating to the exchange of information with other jurisdictions and will analyse the information as it becomes available.
