A group of activists have voiced concerns about the sale of land in the Sea Point area which was apparently supposed to be used for affordable housing and rental opportunities. The land has subsequently been sold to a private developer and the pending transfer. Earlier this week Reclaim the City submitted an application to the court to interdict (stop) the transfer of the property to the new owners.
