Bread Prices Raises The Alarm

Local activists have written an open letter to food producers and the minister of finance and trade industry with regards to spiralling food pricesd inflation. As we are well aware, the drought has pushed up the prices of staple items and activists from the SA Food Sovereignty Campaign claim it all comes down to the artificial inflation of food prices and blatant profiteering.

They now plan to embark on sustained campaigns under the #BreadPricesMustFall and #FoodPricesMustFall banners.
