Earlier this week the City of Cape Town’s Mayor Patricia de Lille attended the official hand over of the first 30 houses for the Heideveld Housing Development. While this is positive news, beneficiaries have raised concerns that the City of Cape have not been transparent and have ignored the issues voiced by the community.
