South African companies are still predominantly white and male. That's one of the findings of the Commission for Employment Equity, which released its annual report on Monday. The commission says white males have the most opportunities for skills development and are promoted at higher rates than other race groups. Last year, white people accounted for 68.9-percent of top management positions‚ compared with 70-percent the previous year.
