Launch of UK-SA Newton Fund Bilateral Chairs Initiative

The British High Commissioner to South Africa, Dame Judith Macgregor, and DST Minister Naledi Pandor recently launched the UK-SA Newton Fund Bilateral Chairs Initiative.
