The Black Lawyers Association has called on North Gauteng High Court Judge Mabel Jansen to resign in the light of racist comments she allegedly made on Facebook. Screenshots of a conversation between Jansen and activist and film-maker Gillian Schutte were posted on social media on Sunday. Jansen allegedly says that 99% of black fathers, uncles and brothers rape children as young as five-years-old.
