Whilst Government schools might lack resources and exceed the capacity of classrooms, learners attending these schools often face social challenges as well. In areas of the Cape Flats youth are exposed to crime, gansterism and bear the brunt of unemployment. In the latest incident a School teacher was apparently assaulted by the family member of a learner he allegedly disciplined. So how exactly does this affect the behaviour of children.
