Heideveld Community unhappy with Ward councillor

The Heideveld community say they are tired of false promises from the local Councillor, Anthony Moses. During Moses' five year term as Councillor he has left the community in the same dire conditions it was before. Ahead of a protest march by the community on the 23rd of May, VOC Journalist, Ra'eesah Isaacs visited the residents to hear what they had to say as the local government elections near.
