What if Sexual Offender’s Names Were Made Public

In a bid to curb convicted paedophile from victimising youth who might potentially be at risk of being sexually abused, The Western Cape social development department recently put out a call to the National social development department to consider publishing the names of such offenders. What might the impact be if it public were able to identify sexual offenders?
