Narcisse Kimbassa graduated with an Honours degree in Public Law at the Marien
Ngouabi University (UMNG) in Congo Brazzaville.
He studied English and completed the Intensive English Proficiency programme at the
University of Stellenbosch (US). He graduated in his Masters degree in International
Public Law (LLM) at the University of Cape Town (UCT) with major courses in
International Economic Law, Disputes and Use of Force, Principles of International Law and Protection of Human Rights. He is here with us in the studio.
