Earlier in the AM Inspiration programme , a caller called in and shared the news about Bo-Kaap officially being recognised and named as the historical place that locals and tourist to Cape Town visit. Following an application filed by Bo-Kaap Civic and Ratepayers’ Association (BKCRA), the name BO-Kaap was recently published in the Government Gazette. We chat now to Osman Shaboodien, chairperson of the Bo-Kaap Civic and Ratepayers’ Association (BKCRA)
