With the future of South Africa looking somewhat gloomy, Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan’s statement of the mid-term budget policy should give our country some idea of how well or bad the economy is performing. One aspect Minister touch on during the 2016 Mid Term Budget Speech was National Treasury objectives of collecting an additional R43 billion through tax measures in a period of 24 months.
