How public in US are reacting to Trump’s victory

Our newsroom and I suppose the whole of the country was glued to our news yesterday as we heard the shocker – that Donald Trump won the US elections. Very few people expected Trump to clinch a victory, and of course, this is a major turning point in US political history.

It would be interesting to get some insight on how the US public has taken to the news and what it must be like for expats who are living in the States.
