Now when it comes to drugs we know South Africa has a problem. And I know that there is no country in the world, who can truly say that they are, exempted from this.
However as a South African citizen, any bad news about South Africa simply saddens me. At a recent briefing hosted by The Soul City Institute for Social Justice one of the points raised was that South Africa is the leading drug using country in Africa, How did we reach this point?
