Last week some umrah operators reported that Saudi Arabia made concessions to its haj visa rules. There
was also messages doing the rounds online messages which stated that visas will be free to Umrah pilgrims
who travel once a year. The message further stated that only travellers visiting the Kingdom for a second time in a Hijri calendar (Islamic calendar) will be liable to pay the 2000 riyal fee.
