Concerns about the proposed national traffic service

The National Minister of Transport, Dipou Peters recently announced proposed intentions by the department to form a national traffic service. The proposal has since been opposed by the City of Cape Town Western Cape Government amid concerns the unconstitutional nature of the national traffic service.
