Is this the end of the bull market on the start of a bear market ?

Brian Hirsch is joined by Paul Hanson, Director of Retail Investing at Stanlib to talk "investments". How things have changed in such a short space of time, four weeks ago they were talking about investments, looking at the markets and Paul made the comment that the market is in its ninth year in the bull market and that it hasn't yet had a correction for a long time, and then in the last ten days up the market started to move downwards at a phenomenal rate. So, the question one's got to ask as investors are panicking - is this the end of the bull market on the start of a bear market or, is this a buying opportunity?
