Civic organisation criticize City of Cape Town property valuation process

Civic organisations are unhappy with the City if Cape Town recent decision to shorten the property Valuation process. This after the City reduced the time frame of the conducting General Valuation from four years to three years.

The Greater Cape Town Civic Alliance is particularly concerned about the accuracy of the process claiming it’s outdated and unfair.
