More than 40 people will be benefiting from the job creation programme initiated by City’s Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP), opportunities. This follows the recent launch of the winter campaign lead by the City’s’ Social Development Directorate that will also be helping the homeless through the distribution of R450 000 in aid to organisations, including the provision of an additional 115 bed spaces
