Earlier this month the City of Cape Town announced plans to lower water restrictions and tariffs to Level 5 come October 1 this year. This follows an increase in the average dam levels as well as public adopting conservation methods.
Despite the relief that will be implemented next month, some residents have complained about high water bills and problematic water management devices.
