Level 5 Water restriction and decreased tariffs kick in today

Today The City of Cape Town will be implementation Level 5 water restrictions and decreasing tariffs. The decision to adjust the restriction and tariffs is due to the recent increase in the average dam levels as well as public efforts to save water.
