Minister Naledi Pandor to deliver keynote address at 12th annual Dullah Omar Memorial Lecture at UWC

This year the late Abdullah Omar a South African anti-Apartheid activist who was instrumental in the constitutional process and democratising the judge’s benches, will be honoured at the
12th annual Dullah Omar Memorial Lecture.

The event is will take place later this week with Minister Naledi Pandor as the keynote speaker at the event that is being hosted by the Dullah Omar Institute at the University of the Western Cape's Faculty of Law
