All eyes will be on recently appointed minister of finance, Tito Mboweni who will today be deliver The Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement (MTBPS). Mboweni replaced former finance minister Nhlanhla Nene who stepped down after he public criticised for public disclosing that he met with the Guptas at their Saxonwold home and their business premises in Midrand from 2010 to 2014.
Todays mid term budget speech will also outline where the South African economy is heading too, this includes plans of recovering from the technical recession
