Weekly world economic report

We continue with our Weekly World Economic Report and today we look at Saudi Arabia's investment summit that has been overshadowed by the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Dubbed the “Davos in the desert”, the summit was meant to showcase the opportunities created by reform efforts to break the country from oil dependency. Elsewhere,we look at China- US economic performance outlook while back home, the country awaits the MTBPS to be presented by Finance Minister Tito Mboweni.
