National government in partnership with various Non-Governmental Organisations will this week be hosting a National Gender Summit to address challenges faced by women, especially gender-based violence including physical, sexual, emotional and psychological.
The Summit follows demands by thousands of women who marched to the Union Buildings in August this year highlighting the ongoing challenges women and children face in the country.
